You may have been assigned allowance cards from your employer that have been topped up with funds for you to use and enjoy! To locate your card details to complete purchases online, follow the steps below;

First, you will need to locate your 'Wallet' tab on the left side of your Ben admin.

From there, locate the allowance card you wish to view the details of and click into it. This should bring you to a new page for your card. Scroll down slightly, and you should see an image of a card, like below.

Select 'Show details' on the card and you should be prompted to enter your four digit passcode. Once you enter your passcode, a six digit two factor authentication code will be sent to your mobile phone. Please enter the code and you should be able to see your full card details then!
