Forgot your card PIN? No stress — it happens to the best of us. You can quickly check your PIN on the Ben platform or app in just a few easy steps.
How to view your PIN on desktop:
Login to your Ben account.
On the left, find the Wallet tab and click into it.
Once you’re on the Wallet tab, just find the allowance card you want to check the PIN for.
Select View PIN on the image of the card.
You will be prompted to complete 2FA steps, which once completed, will reveal your PIN.
How to view your PIN on the mobile app:
Login to your Ben account via the app.
On the bottom, find the Wallet tab and click into it.
Once you’re on the Wallet tab, just find the allowance card you want to check the PIN for.
Select View Card Details.
You will be prompted to complete 2FA steps, which once completed, will reveal your card details.
You should see a button to Show PIN. Click this to reveal the cards PIN.
