You can add your Ben card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and pay with your phone or watch. You add it in your phone's own wallet app by entering your Ben card details — there's no "add to wallet" button inside Ben, and Ben can't add the card or send it to your wallet for you.
Before you start, have your card details ready: in Ben, go to Wallet, select your card and view its details. See "How to view your card details and PIN".
Add your card
The steps are the same on both — you enter your Ben card details in your phone's wallet app. Only the exact button names differ between Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Open your phone's wallet app and start adding a card: on iPhone, open Wallet, tap the + button and choose Debit or Credit Card; on Android, open Google Wallet and choose to add a payment card.
Line the card up in the frame, or choose to enter the details manually, and enter your Ben card number, expiry date and security code (CVV). Make sure the billing address matches the one shown for your card in Ben.
Read and accept the card issuer terms.
Your bank verifies the card, then asks you to verify it. Choose how you'd like to verify and follow the prompts.
Once verified, your card is ready to use with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you're asked to verify your card
As part of adding your card, your bank or card provider may ask you to confirm it's you, usually with a one-time code. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this step. Ben doesn't send these codes and can't add the card to your wallet for you.
