Update the phone number connected to your Ben card

Like with any card, for extra security you will likely be asked to go through 3DS authentication when making online purchases using your Ben card.

To do so, you will need to add your mobile number to your Ben cards so you can receive the necessary code for 3DS authentication.

To do so, head to your 'Wallet', select the relevant card and then the eye graphic to reveal the card info.
A pop-up will then appear asking you to confirm your passcode and enter the authentication code sent.

On this screen you want to look out for the information which states 'Can't access this number? Click here to update it'.

Continue to access the 'Click here' section and you'll be asked to enter your passcode again and then the new mobile number you wish to add to your Ben profile.

Ensure you save these changes and follow the steps to complete the action and your mobile number will be updated successfully!
