❗Please, note: this action can only be performed from a Desktop device - it's not currently possible to update your phone number from the Ben App!
Like with any card, for extra security you will likely be asked to go through 3DS authentication when making online purchases using your Ben card.
To do so, you will need to add your mobile number to your Ben cards so you can receive the necessary code for 3DS authentication. Check out the steps below to action this:
To reveal card info:
Go to your 'Wallet'
Select the relevant card
Click the eye graphic to reveal card info
Authentication process:
A pop-up will appear
Confirm your passcode
Enter the authentication code sent
Updating contact information:
Look for the text: 'Can't access this number? Click here to update it'
Click to update your contact information if needed
Continue to access the 'Click here' section and you'll be asked to enter your passcode again and then the new mobile number you wish to add to your Ben profile.
Ensure you save these changes and follow the steps to complete the action and your mobile number will be updated successfully!
