1. Log into your Ben account
2. Select the 'Wallet' tab.
3. Select the card you wish to update the shipping address for.
4. Select 'Show details' on the card.
5. You will be prompted to enter your 4-digit passcode and complete the 2FA process before further access.
6. A pop up will appear showing your billing address with a button, 'Edit details' underneath.
7. You will be brought to a new page where you can edit your shipping address.
Once you edit and save your changes there, your address has now been updated successfully. Feel free to reach out to our team should you have any questions.
