To make online payments with your Virtual Ben card, you'll need to access your card details from your Ben profile. Steps for desktop and mobile app are both included.
You may have been assigned allowance cards from your employer that have been topped up with funds for you to use and enjoy. To locate your card details to complete purchases online, follow the steps below.
How To View Card Details Via Desktop:
Locate the 'Wallet' tab.
Select the card you wish to view the card details for.
Select 'View card details'.
You will be prompted to complete the 2FA flow for security reasons. Once this is completed, you should then see your virtual card details.
