When setting up your Ben account, you may be prompted to set a 4 digit passcode, to secure your account.
This passcode is then requested when attempting to view your card details. (Article here on how to view your card details)
If you have forgotten the password, do not worry! You can request for it to be reset by following the steps below:
Login to your Ben account.
Select an allowance card in your wallet tab.
Scroll down on your allowance page until you see your virtual card.
Select 'Show details' on your virtual card.
You should then see a pop up, requesting your passcode. To reset it, please select 'Forgot your passcode?'.
You should then receive an email, with steps on how to reset your passcode.
