How to reset your Ben login password

How to reset the password you use to log in to Ben, and how it differs from your card passcode.

Written by Ben Team

This article is about resetting the password you use to log in to Ben. If you've forgotten it, or it's not working, here's how to reset it.

This is different from the passcode that protects your card details — if you're trying to reset that, see Resetting your passcode instead.

If you log in with an email and password

If you sign in to Ben with your work email and a password, you can reset it from the login screen:

  1. Go to your employer's Ben login page and start to sign in.

  2. Choose the forgot password option.

  3. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password.

  4. Follow the link, set your new password, and log in with it.

If you don't see a forgot-password option, or the reset email doesn't arrive, contact our support team through the chat and we can send you a reset link.

If you log in with single sign-on (your company login)

If you get into Ben through your company's own login — for example Microsoft, Google or Okta — then you don't have a separate Ben password. Your password is managed by your company, so Ben can't reset it. To reset it, use your company's own password-reset process or contact your company's IT team.

Not sure which applies to you? If signing in sends you to your own company's login page rather than asking for a password on a Ben screen, you're using single sign-on.
