This article explains how to reach your Ben login page on a computer or in the mobile app, which email address to use, and what to expect when you sign in.
Getting to your login page
How you reach Ben depends on the device you're using:
On a computer: go to your employer's own Ben web address. Your employer shares this with you — it usually includes your company's name. Using a generic or incorrect address can show you the wrong login screen, or sign you back out after you log in.
In the mobile app: open the Ben app, enter your work email address, and select Continue. The app uses your email to find your employer and take you to the right login screen.
Which email address to use
Log in with the work email address your employer used to add you to Ben — this is the address your invite email was sent to. If you try a different address, you may get past the login screen but then see a message that your account can't be found or doesn't match your employer.
What you'll see when you sign in
After you reach your login page, you'll sign in in one of two ways, depending on how your employer has set Ben up:
Email and password — you enter your work email and a password you set up when you first joined (see Setting up your Ben account).
Your company's single sign-on — you're sent to your company's own login (for example Microsoft, Google or Okta) and come back signed in, using the same credentials you use for your other work tools. If this is how your company works, you won't have a separate Ben password.
Both are normal — which one you see is decided by your employer.
If you can't get in
If you can't log in — a message says your account doesn't match, your invite link no longer works, or you're not sure you're on the right page — see Can't log in? How to fix common sign-in problems.
If you also manage benefits for your company
If you administer benefits for your employer as well as having your own account, you'll see a Switch to Admin View option once you're signed in, which takes you to the admin area (ECC). It's the same account and the same login — there's no separate admin sign-in.
