After you have opted-in into you benefit, no further actions are needed! You are now in the process of obtaining your benefits and policy information!
Details are sent to the brokers and providers at the end of each month (depending on your insurance provider), so your policy will only be active from the 1st of the following month. Before this, benefit will show as "Processing".
Once the policy becomes active, it will take between a few weeks for the policy documents to be sent, as per our Insurance Documentation article.
When you do receive your insurance documentation, this will detail your policy number and information on what your policy covers, and how to go about making any insurance claims with your provider.
