After you have opted-in into you benefit, no further actions are needed! You are now in the process of obtaining your benefits and policy information!
For UK Policies: Details are sent to the brokers and providers at the end of each month (depending on your insurance provider), so your policy will only be active from the 1st of the following month. Before the benefit is activated, this will show as "Processing"
For International Policies: Timelines on when it is processed and activated may vary depending on the provider. Please refer to the benefit copy for further information. Before this is activated, it will also show as "Processing".
Once the policy becomes active, it will take a few weeks for the policy documents to be sent, as per our Insurance Documentation article.
When you do receive your insurance documentation, this will detail your policy number and information on what your policy covers, and how to go about making any insurance claims with your provider.
