When you receive your reimbursement will be dependant on when you submitted the request and when this is approved!
All reimbursements are now paid out weekly for increased flexibility and faster funds available.
If your Reimbursement Request has been approved by your company’s Ben admin on a Tuesday, and you have sufficient funds in your allowance account, your reimbursement will be processed and paid out by the following Friday into your listed personal account ✅!
Different Currency Reimbursement
If the Reimbursement Request submitted is in a different currency than the card currency, please allow 2 working days for this to be exchanged to the right currency before showing as deducted from your wallet!
