While we strive to accommodate reimbursement requests for all locations, there are unfortunately certain countries and territories where transfers are not supported, and as a result, we are unable to process reimbursements. This restriction is due to limitations imposed by most banks.

For Employees:
If your bank account is located in one of the countries listed above and you have submitted a reimbursement request but have not yet received the funds, please first contact our Support team to verify the status of your payment.
Once our team confirms that the payment cannot be processed due to your country of residence, we will advise you to reach out to your HR/People team. They can assist in arranging the payment via payroll or direct bank transfer.
For Admins:
If a reimbursement cannot be processed due to the employee's bank location, we kindly ask that you arrange the payment via payroll or bank transfer. We can then refund you directly for the amount paid.
