How do I freeze my card via desktop?
1. Log in to your Ben account.
2. Locate the 'Wallet' tab and select the card you wish to freeze.
3. You should see a 'freeze card' button on the card itself. Once this is selected, your card is frozen.
How do I unfreeze my card via desktop?
The steps to unfreeze your card are pretty similar! Follow the same steps above except when you get to step three, make sure you select Unfreeze card.
How do I freeze/unfreeze my card via the mobile app?
To freeze/unfreeze your card via the mobile app:
Login to your Ben account via mobile app.
Locate the 'Wallet' tab and select the card you wish to freeze/unfreeze.
You should see the button to do so clearly underneath the card.
