We’ve introduced a new System Notifications page in the Employer Control Center (ECC). This feature gives Admins a clear view of all notifications sent from the Ben platform, helping teams stay informed about what communications we send out to employees.
What You Can Do
On the System Notifications page, Admins can:
View notification triggers – Understand what events cause each notification to be sent to an employee.
Preview notifications – See exactly how each message appears to users.
Pause or resume notifications – Temporarily stop or restart notifications when needed (where supported).
Review email history logs – Access records of past notifications for reference.
Explore notification categories – Get insight into the types of notifications the platform sends.
Search notifications – Quickly find specific messages or triggers.
Download all notification events - Export all notifications via CSV for review.
