Follow the steps to remove an employee from a benefit directly within the admin portal.

You can now manually opt an employee out of a benefit as per their request on the admin portal.

To action this, login to the admin portal on Ben. Next, select the 'People' tab, where you will need to search for the employee you wish to opt out of the benefit.

Click into their profile and select the benefit you wish to opt them out of. You should then see a button in the top right corner that says 'Opt employee out of benefit'.

Once this is selected, the deactivation process begins on the benefit and they will soon see it as deactivated on Ben.
