Click the ? help icon (question mark in a circle) in the navigation bar
Select "Contact support"
Look for support options in the bottom right corner
Click "Send us a message" to start a conversation

Creating Support Tickets
To submit a support request:
Click the ? help icon (question mark in a circle) in the navigation bar
Select "Contact support"
Select "Create a ticket"
Complete the ticket form:
Issue title and description
Affected employees (admin only)
Priority level (admin only)
