How do I opt-out of a benefit?

You can opt-out of a benefit very simply in the platform if you wish to no longer have access to this!

Once logged into your Ben profile, navigate to the relevant benefit and click into this to view the current benefit set up and options available.

If you are able to opt-out, you should see a green button on the right of the screen displayed as 'Opt-out'.

By clicking this, you will be asked to confirm your changes and this will move the benefit to 'Processing' for this to be actioned with the benefit provider.

If you click into the benefit and you cannot see any green button on the side to opt-out or action changes, this means it is likely the opt-out window on the benefit is closed and you would need to wait until this opens again to make changes.

Please look out for similar pop-ups like the one below which confirms whether or not the windows may be closed!

This is decided by your admin team typically with the benefit provider and will only be opened at the time of renewal.
