Your admin team at your employment decide on if a reimbursement should be approved or rejected. If you notice your request was rejected, please reach out to your admin team, as they should be able to advise further insight. They also have the opportunity to leave a note when rejecting it, so be sure to check for any feedback on that! The funds taken from your allowance at the time of the request are also reversed.
