When you receive your reimbursement will be dependant on when you submitted the request and when this is approved.
Reimbursements can take up to 15 working days from the date of approval to arrive in your account.
Different Currency Reimbursement
If the Reimbursement Request submitted is in a different currency than the card currency, please allow 2 working days for this to be exchanged to the right currency before showing as deducted from your wallet.
If you have still not received your reimbursement by the 15th working day after it was approve, it should have been paid. Please get in touch with our Support Team and we'd be happy to assist further.
