If your card allows, then you can request for more funds to be added to your card.
How to submit a Fund Request ๐
Log in to your Ben account
Click on 'Wallet' from the left hand side menu
Select the card you'd like to request the funds for
Click 'Request Reimbursement' under your card
โComplete the Fund Request form by adding:
What the funds are for
The amount needed
Any additional notes.
Click 'Request Funds' to submit.
What happens next?
Your company's Ben Admins (usually someone from your People or Finance team) will receive and review your Funds Request. You'll then receive an email to let you know whether your request has been approved or declined.
