Once your policy has been made Active by our operations team, then this means that your policy is live with your insurance provider.

At this point, you will be due to receive membership documentation from your insurance provider. How long this takes and how it is sent (Email or letter) depends on the insurance provider, as each differ slightly from one another.

Please note though, these can take up to 2 weeks from your policy being made Active in Ben.

Once you receive your documentation, you will then be free to claim and/or log into your insurance portal. From this point, any questions regarding the specifics of the policy should be directed to your insurance provider.
