Not sure what’s covered by your benefit?

We know it’s important to understand exactly what’s included in your benefit — whether that’s blood tests, scans, or other treatments. While Ben gives you an easy way to view and manage your benefits, we’re not the provider of those benefits. This means we can’t confirm specific coverage details for you.

Your benefit provider (e.g. Allianz, Aviva, Healix etc) will have the most up-to-date and accurate information. Here’s how to find it:

  • Read your policy documents

Most questions about what’s covered are answered in your provider’s policy documents or welcome pack. You’ll usually receive these when your benefit is activated, and they’re often available in your benefit tile on Ben.

Documents relating to your coverage level are usually attached to the benefit tile on. your profile also, so don't forget to check there first.

  • Contact your provider directly

If you can’t find the information you need in your documents, reach out to the provider of the benefit. They’ll be able to confirm whether a specific treatment, test, or service is covered — and explain any terms or conditions. Contact details are typically listed in your benefit tile or policy documents.

Tip: If you’re not sure who your provider is, check the name listed in your benefit tile. Their contact details are usually noted there also.
