Manually removing/adding an employee from a programme

Need to manually assign or un-assign someone from a programme? No problem. You can do this directly in the Admin Portal — perfect if you don’t have an HRIS or SFTP integration automatically handling it for you.


How to Assign an Employee to a Programme

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal (also known as the Employer Control Centre).

  2. Go to the Programmes tab — you’ll see a list of all active programmes.

  3. Click on the programme you want to update.

  4. Inside the programme, you’ll find a list of all assigned users. Use the search bar if you need to find someone quickly.

  5. Click Edit to enable changes.

  6. Search for the user you’d like to add, then tick the box next to their name.

  7. When you’re done, click Save Changes to confirm.

✅ Once saved, the employee will have access to all the benefits linked to that programme.


How to Un-Assign an Employee from a Programme

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Go to the Programmes tab and select the programme you want to update.

  3. In the list of assigned users, use the search bar to find the person you’d like to remove.

  4. Click Edit to make changes.

  5. Untick the box next to their name to un-assign them.

  6. Click Save Changes to confirm.

⚠️ Note: Un-assigning someone will remove their access to any benefits linked to that programme.
