You may have benefits like life insurance or a pension that you may want to add beneficiaries to. This help article will outline how to add/remove beneficiaries and also how to adjust their percentages.
How To Add A Beneficiary To A Benefit via Desktop:
Find the benefit you want to add a beneficiary to.
Click Selections.
Select Edit beside Add your beneficiaries.
Choose Add New Person to create a new beneficiary.
Enter the required details for that individual.
Once you’ve added them and set their percentage, click Save Changes.
How To Add A Beneficiary To A Benefit via Mobile:
Find the benefit you want to add a beneficiary to.
Tap Manage Benefit.
Select View Enrolments.
Under Add Your Beneficiaries, tap Edit.
You’ll be taken to a new page where you can add beneficiaries.
Enter the required details, set their percentage, then tap the arrow below to save your changes.

How To Edit Your Beneficiaries Percentages via Desktop
Find the benefit you want to edit.
Click Selections.
Select Edit beside Add your beneficiaries.
Enter the percentages you wish to assign to each person (You may need to untick the box I don’t want to assign anyone as a beneficiary first).
You can choose to split it equally also if you have more than one beneficiary using the tickbox Split equally.
How To Edit Your Beneficiaries Percentages via Mobile
Find the benefit you want to edit.
Tap Manage Benefit.
Select View Enrolments.
Select Edit beside Add your beneficiaries.
Tick the box beside the beneficiary/beneficiaries you wish to edit.
Edit their percentages with the slider, then tap the arrow below to save your changes.
