If for some reason an employee needs to be mover to a different instance, this is an easy process to ensure it is done correctly!
Please ensure you do not deactivate the account the employee's account. You will first need to unassign the employee from the programme. If there are several, you will need to repeat these steps to do so.
Once that is done, please contact Support via the Live Chat or e-mail (email@example.com) with the full name of the employee, their e-mail address and the name of the instance they need to be switched to.
After this is processed, we will let you know if the employee has to be reassigned manually to the new programmes or if this will happen automatically. This will depend if there are eligibility rules in place or not.
