Funds cannot be transferred from any personal accounts to your Ben allowance cards.

This is due to the fact Ben cards do not have an account number or sort code for bank transfers.

You may choose to do a fund top up request if your employer has added this as an option on your allowance, which you will see in the card options by clicking the three dots!

If this option is not visible, it means this has not been turned on for you.
