Unfortunately, Ben cards cannot be used to set up account direct debits as they do not have an account number or sort code that can be used.
If you wish to use your Ben cards for any monthly payments which require a direct debit, you can choose to pay for these with a personal account card and request a reimbursement from your Ben card which your employer will either accept/reject based on the transaction!
Please do ensure your Ben card allows for reimbursements before making these purchases, which you can confirm with your HR/People team.
