There are a few reasons you may need to freeze your card, like if you have lost it, or have noticed transactions you don't recognise.
If this happens to you, don't worry, we're here to help! The first thing to do though, is freeze your card.
How do I freeze my card?
As soon as you've realised, head in to the Ben platform and freeze it 🥶
This will block anyone trying to use your card and avoid any unauthorised transactions.
To freeze your card, select the relevant allowance and go to the card view in Ben, reveal the card info and click on the snowflake icon listed as 'Freeze' to complete this!
