Your company may or may not require receipts depending on which card/budget you're using.

You can submit a receipt at any point by heading to the transaction list below your card and clicking on the red receipt icon, shown below, next to the specific transaction amount.

If you are required to upload receipts for your purchases and you have some transactions without a receipt you will see a reminder banner at the top of your Ben account.
