You will need to order your physical Ben card via the platform when you log in.
Please note: Not all cards can be ordered physically, so if you do not have the option to order a physical card, this likely is not permitted for your allowance card.
Follow the steps below to order the card;
Click into the relevant allowance in your 'Wallet' tab.
You should see a banner displaying 'Order your plastic card'.
Once you select this, you should be presented with a page to enter your shipping address for your card delivery.
You will also need to set your 4-digit PIN code.
Select 'Order Card' and you are all done!
For UK deliveries, card can take up to 10 business days to reach your address. For international deliveries, it can take up to 20 working days.
If you have a custom design, it will take a little longer!
If you do not see the option to order a card, perhaps you can add it to your Apple/Google wallet instead! Please see the linked articles below on how to add the cards to your wallet:
Please note: USD cards are not supported for Apple/Google pay currently. Only EUR/GBP cards can be added.
