Physical Ben cards aren’t sent out automatically. If you’d like a physical version of your card, you can easily order one through the platform.
Please note: Not all cards are available in physical form. If you don’t see the option to order one, it likely means a physical card isn’t supported for your allowance card. Please see the linked articles below on how to add the cards to your virtual wallet instead:
How To Order A Physical Card Via Desktop:
Login to your Ben account.
Locate the 'Wallet' tab on your account.
Select the allowance you wish to order a physical card for.
Select 'Order new physical card'.
Follow the steps needed to submit the request (Reason for ordering new card, shipping address, review).
How To Order A Physical Card Via Mobile App:
Login to your Ben account.
Locate the 'Wallet' tab on your account.
Select the allowance you wish to order a physical card for.
Select 'Order new physical card'.
When to expect your physical card?
For UK deliveries, card can take up to 10 business days to reach your address.
For US deliveries, please allow up to 30 business days for your physical card to arrive from the date of order.
For all other countries, it can take up to 20 business days.
