Once you've received the Physical Card by post, please follow the below steps in order to activate it:
Login to your Ben account and navigate to your Wallet
Select the relevant Card
Look for and click on the Activate Card button
Follow the instructions on the window
What if it's a renewed or replacement Ben Card?
If the Physical Card you've just received is a replacement of an old card because it's has expired or has been compromised, please get in touch with our Support Team an we'll be more than happy to help you activate it! 👉
