If an employee didn't get their invite, or didn't use the link before it expired, you can resend it from the admin area (ECC).
Resending an invite
In ECC, go to People. You'll see the list of everyone at your company.
Find the person who needs a new invite — use the search box to find them quickly.
In the Invitation column for that person, select Resend.
The link changes to Invite resent and you'll see a "Invite successfully resent" confirmation. The employee gets another "👋 Welcome to Ben!" email inviting them to set up their account.
Finding who still needs to log in
Each person on the People page has an onboarding status, which tells you who still needs an invite or hasn't finished setting up:
Awaiting user action — this user needs to log in and complete their onboarding.
Setup complete — this user has logged in and finished setting up.
Inactive — this user has been deactivated and no longer has access to Ben.
Missing enrolment data — a key piece of enrolment data is missing, which is stopping this person from starting enrolment and needs review.
Use these to spot who to resend an invite to.
If you don't see an Invitation column or Resend option
Some companies have invite emails switched off, so employees aren't emailed when they're invited or assigned a benefit. On those companies, the Invitation column is hidden and there's no self-serve resend. If that's your setup and someone needs their invite, contact our support team and we can help re-invite them.
