Perks at Work is a free discount platform offering access to over 30,000+ high street retailers, accessible through the Ben platform.
Getting started:
Employees must first register through the Ben platform to create their account. After registration, it takes up to 72 hours for Perks at Work to process the account before it becomes active.
Once set up, employees can access the Perks at Work platform via web or mobile app.
What employees can do:
Get discounts on everyday purchases like food, travel, retail, cinema tickets, and household items. Earn WOWPoints (loyalty cashback) on qualifying purchases - typically 1,000 WOWPoints = £10 cashback. Redeem WOWPoints as vouchers at retailers like Sainsbury's or ASOS. Employees can also access on-demand webinars and wellness content through the Community Online Academy
