Please note: In order to edit the shipping address, you would have needed to already have ordered a physical card before and have physical cards available to you from your employer.

โ1. Log into your Ben account
2. Access the relevant card where the address needs updating
3. Select the 'Show Details' on the top right corner
4. You will be prompted to enter your 4-digit passcode and complete the 2FA process before further access
5. You should now see 2 addresses displayed as 'Billing Address' and 'Shipping Address' where there is a small clickable section listed as 'Manage Personal Info' below
6. Click into 'Manage Personal Info' and view the addresses displayed
7. The pencil icon next to your shipping address once clicked will bring up a new pop-up asking you to set your new address and confirm the changes
You're all done! Your address has now been updated successfully!
