Disputing a Transaction

Chargebacks can be raised when disputing a transaction. This process needs to be started by the customer and it's up to the card provider to accept or reject it.

Before requesting a chargeback, please ensure you have some evidence that there was a breach of contract with the merchant, or evidence of a fraudulent transaction. There is also a time limit of approximately 120 days, from the day the purchase is processed or from the day the purchased item was expected to be delivered (if it's an online purchase). PayPal transactions might not be eligible for chargebacks.

Please note, our card partner do charge an admin fee of ยฃ35 for this; Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end about this fee. If the chargeback is rejected, you will not be charged this admin fee
