Fund Redemption

If you are closing your account or request funds to be returned for any other reason you will need to fill out a Fund Redemption Form in order for the funds to be released.

This form needs to be completed by the root user who should be a Director that has passed a KYC or a non Director who has been given Power of Attorney and also passed a KYC.

If you have multiple accounts in multiple currencies you will need to fill out the form for each account.

You will be required to submit supporting evidence to show that the account the funds are being returned to is registered to the company.

You may also be required to submit supporting documentation to prove the account is registered to the company.

All supporting documents need to meet the below requirements:

  • Be dated within the past 3 months

  • Clearly show the company name

  • Clearly show the account details that have been submitted on the form

  • Have all 4 corners of the document showing

  • If you need to cover any sensitive information on the page please do so with a sticky note

  • Please note images that have been edited digitally in any way cannot be accepted

Once you have submitted the form and supporting documentation our compliance partners need to review everything to ensure they are happy before releasing any funds.

Until all required information is completed and shared with our compliance partners the funds will not be transferred.

The attached form is intended for the end customer to download, fill out, and scan. This form should be submitted to operations@thanksben.com who will process the form for account closures and for funds to be returned to accounts.

Please be aware that different forms apply for EEA and UK customers.
