I want to opt in/opt out of a benefit but I'm unable to and it looks like the window to do so has closed - can you help?

If the window has closed for you to opt in or opt out of a benefit, please contact your employer.

If they wish to do so, they may allow you to action this outside of the window, at their own discretion.
