How do I log in to the LSA?
Associates will access the LSA through the LSA Wallet platform via the Fidelity NetBenefits portal. Associates will use the same login credentials that they use to access their 401k.
Logging in on a computer
Associates will log in to NetBenefits and navigate to the ‘LSA Wallet’ tile. A separate username and password is not needed.
Logging in on a personal device
Using an internet web browser on their mobile device, associates will login at netbenefits.com with the same credentials used to login to their 401k account. Once logged in, associates will scroll down to the bottom of the Netbenefits homepage, and select ‘LSA Wallet’ tile to be directed to the LSA platform.
I am having issues logging into Netbenefits. What should I do?
Associates experiencing issues logging into Netbenefits should use the New User Guide or reach out to Fidelity for assistance at 1-800-854-4015.
Do new hires need to sign up for a new username and password in order to establish their NetBenefits account?
Yes. New hires will have to register their Netbenefits account if they do not already have one and/or haven’t set up their Capital One 401(k) through NetBenefits.
What happens if I already have a NetBenefits account with a previous employer? Will I need a new log in to access the LSA?
Associates who already have NetBenefits accounts from prior employer(s) will be able to log in using their existing credentials, and will see all their accounts together--including the ‘LSA Wallet’ tile-- within that same user profile.
