How to Request Account Deletion

As a Ben app user, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To submit a deletion request, please:

  • Send an email to support@thansben

  • Include in your email:

    • Your full name

    • Your company name

    • Any other relevant information to identify your account

Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Review your request within 3 working days

  • Verify your identity and account ownership

  • Process the deletion of your account and associated data

  • Send you confirmation once the deletion is complete

In some circumstances, it may not be possible to remove your data, our team will work with you in such situations to accommodate your request.

Data Retention and Legal Requirements

While we respect your right to be forgotten and will delete the data we hold for you where it is no longer necessary, please note that:

  • We may be required to retain certain data in accordance with applicable laws

  • If we must retain any of your data for legal compliance, we will inform you of this when we respond to your request

  • Any legally required data retention will be limited to the minimum required by law
