As a Ben app user, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To submit a deletion request, please:

Include in your email:
Your full name
Your company name
Any other relevant information to identify your account

Upon receiving your request, we will:
Review your request within 3 working days
Verify your identity and account ownership
Process the deletion of your account and associated data
Send you confirmation once the deletion is complete
In some circumstances, it may not be possible to remove your data, our team will work with you in such situations to accommodate your request.

While we respect your right to be forgotten and will delete the data we hold for you where it is no longer necessary, please note that:
We may be required to retain certain data in accordance with applicable laws
