The following is a list of acceptable documents for Proof of Address:

  • Utility bill, including services for fixed lines (e.g., Phone, Watch, etc)

  • Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months (Personal credit statements are not accepted)

  • Business Bank account statement or a formal letter from the bank (including letters that do not display account details) or Business Credit Card statement

  • Screenshot from the bank (requires confirmation with KYC in every case)

  • Tax Free Allowance Certificate

  • Any official HMRC documentation containing individual details

  • Formal documentation from the government (e.g., Voting records, UK Resident permit, Official Poll card)

  • Online registers of electors (even without a date on it)

  • Building or contents insurance document – must be a ‘Certificate’ of insurance and not just general correspondence.

  • Driving license

  • Residence permit

  • Mortgage letter
