Not all cards need to be connected to an allowance, some can simply exist for the odd treat! (Such as a monthly team lunch or an upcoming social)

These are what we call Top Up Cards, and can be created easily from within the Admin portal of Ben.

Firstly, click on Cards on the left hand side of the screen. When you're on the cards page you will see Create Card;

Clicking on this will take you to the Card Creation Screen where you can finalise details of the card such as the name of the card, what settings it will have (If any) and you can also leave a message for your employees to see when they open the card in their wallet;

Now the card is created, you need to top it up and assign it to your employees! To do so, follow the instructions in this article
