Like with any card, for extra security you will likely be asked to go through 3DS authentication when making online purchases using your Ben card.

To do so, you will need to add your mobile number to your Ben cards so you can receive the necessary code for 3DS authentication.

To do so, head to your 'Wallet', select the relevant card and then the eye graphic to reveal the card info. Once revealed, you will then be able to 'Manage personal info' which will show the section listed as 'Phone number'.

By clicking on the pencil icon to the right, you can edit your mobile number;

Enter the mobile number, and be sure to not include any extra 0’s after the country code.

For example your number should be added as +44 7655 328145 and not +4407655 328145!

Confirm the change and you're all set! Also, if you have more than one card you only need to do this once for the number to be set on all cards! 🙂
