Firstly, you need to order yourself a physical card from within Ben.

​However, not all cards can be ordered physically so if you do not have the option to order a card, this likely hasn't been allowed for this card.

By clicking into the relevant allowance, you should see a banner displayed as 'Order your plastic card'. By clicking this, you will see a page where you can enter your delivery address to receive the card and set your 4-digit PIN code.

Once you click 'Order Card' you're all done!

❗️Please note❗️After you order, UK deliveries can take up to 10 business days to receive your physical card. For international deliveries, this can take up to 20 business days.

If you have a custom design, it may take a little longer!
